The papsque has requested an adventurer of renown. Speak to His Holiness in the cathedral. His chambers lie upstairs.

Walkthrough for Prestige of the Papaque

You will need more Rank Points to acquire this mission; turning in four stacks of crystals allows activation.

Talk to a San d'Oria Mission Starter for a cut-scene to start the mission.
Go to San d'Oria North and into the Cathedral. Take the stairs up at M-7; go up to the third floor and select the Papal Chambers door to see a cut-scene.
Go to Bostaunieux Oubliette and head down
After defeating the NM, select the ??? again for the key item.
Return to San d'Oria and go to the Cathedral; select the Papal Chambers door for a cut-scene that technically ends the mission.
Turn in four stacks of crystals, to raise your Rank Points. Once they are high enough, talking to a San d'Oria Mission Starter will provide another cut-scene.
Go to Chateau d'Oraguille and head toward the gardens, for a cut-scene that activates when you reach F-7. At this point the mission is completely finished, and you can move on to 7-2.
