Walkthrough for The Shadow Lord

You will need more Rank Points to acquire this mission; turning in three stacks of crystals allows activation.

Talk to a San d'Oria Mission Starter for a cut-scene to start the mission.
Go to Chateau d'Oraguille and talk to Halver; go to H-7 to the Prince Royal's Rm door and select it for a cut-scene.
Go to Castle Zvahl Keep and into the Throne Room. Select The Shadow Lord Battle BCNM to go into the uncapped BCNM fight.
After defeating both forms of the Shadow Lord, a long cut-scene plays out, which provides the Shadow Fragment key item.
Return to San d'Oria, go to Chateau d'Oraguille and talk to Halver to end the mission, and obtain Rank 6 and 20,000 gil. Move forward to the Great Hall door and select it for an ending cut-scene.
