Game Details for The Crystal Spring

Catch a crystal bass from Crystwater Spring, located on the eastern edge of Jugner Forest.

Walkthrough for The Crystal Spring

Extra Rank Points are required to accept this mission; turning in one more stack of crystals allows activation.

Skipping the Mission: This mission can be skipped; to do that, three stacks of crystals must be turned in, to reach the level of Rank Points necessary to access the next mission. Skipping this mission is recommended, unless you are able to purchase a Crystal Bass from another player (on the Auction House or bazaar) or enjoy fishing.

Talk to a San d'Oria Mission Starter for a cut-scene to start the mission.
[Optional Step]: Obtain a Crystal Bass by purchasing it from another player's bazaar, or on the Auction House. If a Crystal Bass is obtained this way, the next step can be skipped.
Go to Jugner Forest to the small spring at J-9. Fish up a Crystal Bass (a Bamboo Rod and Insect Paste can be used to fish it up) from the spring.
Return to San d'Oria and trade the Crystal Bass to any San d'Oria Mission Starter.
Go to Chateau d'Oraguille for a cut-scene upon entering.
Go to the garden in Chateau d'Oraguille and talk to Chalvatot there for a cut-scene that completes the mission.

Repeating the Mission: This mission can be repeated, for more Rank Points.
