"Skill cap at synth level" is used on desynths to show you that the skill cap for the desynth is the same as the cap for making that item.<br /> <br /> E.g. Bronze cap is smithing level 4 to make, so on the desynth it says "skill cap at synth level", so it's 4 too.

what does (Skill Cap at Synth Level) Mean I think you need to start adding footnotes to these pages, at least add a too tip to what you mean by stuff like this?
