To get the Pitchfork +1, you and your partner need to become Goblins and head to a pre-set balloon (in North Sandy it's at D-9, the other three did nothing).

To become Goblins, you need to trade sweets to the Trick NPCs that would normally turn you into your nation's enemy. As a Bastokan I used a Trick Specter, that normally turns people into Orcs. As a Windurstian, my partner (Waddles) needed to use a Trick Shade, which normally turns people into Yagudo.

If you and your partner are not the same nation, it'd be best to wait until your NPCs were close together, since you'll need to spend as much of your costumed time as you can getting to all of the balloons.

Is there a time delay you have to wait before you can trade the same type of item to an npc or can u just trade till you recieve an item or costume. this is my 1st year to participate in the event and I am just wondering?

Here's a list that I've gotten from Northen San d'Oria

Trick Wight = Orc
Trick Spector = Quadav
Trick Shade = Yagudo

That's the three nation one. As far as the thing goes trick shade did turn me into a gob with pitchfork equiped and to a yagudo without it, and I'm a windy nation. I haven't gotten the hq yet. I've also taken note of other npc in Northen San d'Oria here's a list of them

Trick Skeleton = Hound mob
Trick Spirit = Ghost
Palgoevion = Shadow
Trick Ghost = Skeleton

hope this help you guys out ^-^ I'll post once I get the hq and more info if I get my hands on it.

I got HQ in wandy wood. me a friend both sandy . trade a cookie to the bone in on topof AH turn into a gobs. and went to I-6 on the bomb tree and got the HQ fork

I have a question, did you and your partner did two nation's costume event? I'm partying up with someone and they're getting orc (they're san d'orian) with pitchfork equiped.. I don't see why, only difference is that I did the costume in both windy and sandy, I got jack 'ol lattern in sandy.

I'm having problems... I've handed about 500 ginger cookies along with other sweets and i still can't obtain the trick staff 2. i'm so very upset. I recieved all of the pumpkin heads, and 2 bat staffs. Now it seems like i can't recieve anything else. Can anyone further explain how to get the last few items? Do i have to wait a certain amount of time or something... Please help... ;.; o, btw i have the pitchfork if this helps... >_>

got my Trick Staff II when i equipped Trick Staff before trading the cookies. I can also confirm (tried and tested by myself) that you can only trade one type of each kind of sweet to the npc per game day.

YOu can obtain the Trick Staff II from The Elvaan by the gate in Windurst Woods or the skeleton on top of the AH in Windurst Woods. That is all I know. It might take a while for them to give it to you, but it will happen. The Treat Staff II can be gotten from the Elvaan in Windurst Waters by the Taru couple speaking to eachother by the bridge leading to South Waters. I hope that makes sense. I'm sorry I didn't get a POS on any of the NPCs. Didn't think of it at the time XD.

Can someone confirm (now that people have the Pitchfork +1) weather it works for any costume, or just the Halloween costumes? (I'm assuming it's Halloween only).

ok you guys keep saying go to the ballon thingy (decorations) but what do you do when you get there? is there a magical spot the pops up to target and check or you stay there a random amount of time -- or what?????????

Imagine how people feel who never get items and only costumes. Like me. Giving up, it's not worth the money that needs to be put into it.

Here is what Foxbrig and I(Knightcomm), on Diabolos, know so far. You get NQ from home country, HQ from another nation. In all cases, you have to both be goblins and go to one of the specified points to get +1. If from sandy. Start in South sandy, one person can become Bones from Coura near the AH. Other is Ghost from Phamelise(K-9). Then you go to decoration around L-7. If you are not from sandy and want the +1. Bastok go to the bartender in Lion's Srings and Windy to the Averelle er somethin in Rambroy (might have the 2 mixed up). Then go to F-7. First one there will get the +1. Take off costume and repeat with other person there first for other to get +1. If you are from sandy, in Bastok, go to Belizieg and trade to become a goblin. Then take turns going first to G-4. That is all I know so far. Will update as I get more info.
