The goldsmithing cap for the Copper Ingot, Glass Fiber recipe is most certainly not 11. I just learned this the hard way- at Goldsmithing level 9 on my crafting mule, I performed 12 syntheses of this recipe on Watersday, New Moon 5% and got no skillups whatsoever. <br /> <br /> Mysterytour says that the goldsmithing cap is 2.
