Just a correction for the list: The Picture Perfect quest is actually another NPC quest.

Hi, i talked to Luto NPC and she gave me 2 options, any news and start over. I picked any news and nothing happened...does my NPC helper have to reach lvl 50 or something before i can do this?

megalixir had temp tag on it i think so most likely its only a ballista item.
