You need sea access (CoP missions) and need to give the NPC 50k gil to buy cosmic soap key item, then NPC shows you list of armors etc.

Ok just a thought about the new bullets. If those ARE the proper stats then.... THEY TOTALLY SUCK. The silver bullet compared to gold and platinum bullet's damage is so much higher the extra + 5% or + 10% accuracy cannot possibly make up for the loss of damage. The gun's in game arent terribly high in damage. Gun rangers rely on bullet damage for their damage output mostly, and these 2 artifacts are sorely lacking.

Furthermore if they use gold or platinum ingots the price will be so ridiculously exhorbitant that nobody will use them. Sorry SE but ya sure did screw that one up >.<.

The compilation of info has been updated; the first section of the armor is listed. There looks to be full Artifact armor upgrade items, for every regular AF piece. This all requires having Sea access; the items to upgrade the AF comes from the new Promyvion-like zones. Time to get going on those Chains of Promathia missions!

Something I found out about the exp rings.

If you buy one, use it up, toss it, etc. you can't buy the other one.

So not only can you not have both in inventory, and not only can u only buy one per conquest, you may also not buy that TYPE of item within the same tally twice.

Also, although AF1+1 would be nice for pre-AF2 usage, I'm wondering how exactly AF+1 stacks up against AF2.
