Talk to kohlo-lakolo to start the quest then talk to Pichichi he will tell you to go talk to his mom Chamama. She will tell you to get her 4 piece of saruta cotton. I suggest stealing these from mandies. I could only buy two from the guild. Take the four pieces back to Chamama and she will give you your disguise.
