Once you open the door of House of the Hero, go back to the warehouse in Port Windurst and talk to Kohlo-Lakolo (the leader), then the quest will be completed.

They will give you the reward once you trade them with 4 wild onions.

After you turn in the four onions head towards Windurst walls and go to G-3 "House of the Hero" and once you open the door the quest will continue.
