Anyone noticed weird markings on the landscaping? Around J-10 in South Gustaberg there's new (I think, or I'm blind) markings on the mountainside.

Yeah, just killed one with Ktd after multiple "warp"-knock-back-attacks from the "Toro". A nearby homepoint, warp and widescan really help with this event. Somehow not staring at it/ running away seems to affect the chance you get warped after being hit. The warp often places you at your homepoint, allthough not 100% of the time. Reports (and experience) told me the spot you get warped to is also possible to a random town near the gate (could be nearest town).

If it's killed, everyone nearby can get the sash from the "???" that spawns at it's death-spot. So /shouting the position of the Toro will help speed up the kill, because many people will show up and start beating it. XD

I obtained a Red Sash the first time, with Ktd in Sauro.Campaign... I tried to check another ??? from a second kill in East Ronfaure an hour later, but I didn't get anything then because I allready had the sash in inventory (or so the message said).

It seems that it is so, i helped kill it twice and all there was was the red sash. i have heard rumors that if u kill all the toros once, you might get it. I have also heard people say that if u get the final blow, u get the hq sash.

I just camped Dedly Dodo for like 5 hours today and i did not see a "Toro" on wide scan the whole way to the spawn spot, while camping, nor coming back. What areas do the "Toro"s spawn and what's the repsawn time?

OK with this, we might have to assume one of 2 things, after u get the sash there is another npc for a different quest.... OR there is some special Toro

So far easiest/fastest way to kill it is to train it to a zone or gate, nuke, zone, nuke, etc. how far you are from it and whether you are moving or not does seem to reduce the times it warps you, made it from close to lizzie spawn in south gustaburg to bastok gate without it warping me as long as i kept faced away and running, it seems to be immune to bind, gravity.
sub thf, pull it with a strong nuke and flee like crazy to zone so people can kill it fast when it gets stuck there.
it's defense and evasion is incredibly low. level 12 character was hitting for about 10 with high accuracy, lvl 75 hitting right at about weapon damage cap.. saw an 1800 sidewinder from someone, local pets seem to hit it for about 5-10 dmg (rock lizard pets), nukes seemed completly unresisted. whenmy homepoint was set at jeuno it warped me to jeuno, when i changed it to bastok it randomly warped me to a bastok HP.
I know it would probably be posted already, but has anyone been able to maybe steal the HQ? figuring probably not based on SE's past events, but never know..

The sash does look a lot like the swimsuit, maybe you have to wear the three together?

When you check the ??? when you have the belt you get a message like "Sort your inventory" (I was 15/35) and it reminds me of the Swimsuit event on how SE had to fix a bug of somesort, maybe its the same thing? Casue I've tryed everything I can think of.

I heard a rumor there are Toro in places outside Jeuno like Rolanberry...maybe the NQs come from around the 3 nations, and the HQs from "higher" areas?

Ok no one cares about the zoning... so stop talking about it!

we know that the Dash sash is not obtained through:
-trading to moggle
-trading to ???
-getting ??? in a diffrent town or zone.
-droped from toros
-trading to a moggle in a diffrent town

all that i have left to do is trade to a ??? in a diffrent town

and then head to windhurst to see if i get it there.

i got mine in sandy and am now heading to bastok.

no more wasted space on ZONING! lets figure out how to get the dash sash!

Ok guys. I have finally obtained DASH SASH.

I was wandering around where Jaggedy spawns in Ronfaure, and next thing you know, Miura spawns in front of me. So I used the trick I learned from playing with Tora earlier; which is to get hate by doing no DMG (steal, charm, shadowbind, etc), and decrease the chance of getting warped, and drag Miura to the entrance of Sandoria where all the people were hanging out.

So there you have it. Dash Sash drops from the lottery spawn of Miura, which looks exactly the same as Toro, except it's bigger.

Dash Sash is a LVL 1/Def:1/Enmity +2 by the way.

Happy hunting!

Just thought I'm make note of the fact I found a Dash Sash, not a Red Sash from the ??? left when Miura died (looks like Toro, might have been a bit larger). This was right outside the Bastok Markets too. So maybe only Miura drops the HQ version. That is assuming the Dash Sash is the HQ version of the Red Sash.

hmm... an LS mate just told me... she killed a bigger version of Toro called Miura and got the dash sash.
no idea how they found it, they said they just ran into it in east sarutabaruta.

so... any idea where to find Miuras or how to make them spawn? XD
