i could not find a key item listed, so providing information here:
Vitrallum
A metal similar to the material used to create the Mirror of Blighted Gloom. Remains in liquid form at room temperature.
this key item is used with the fellowship npc quest

Blighted Gloom
is the slime NM spawned for the quest by clicking on the correct ??? field point. It will attack the player who has the quest and clicked the field point.

Client: Luto Mewrilah (Artisan Bridge, Upper Jeuno)
Luto wants you to obtain for her a sample of the rare metal Vitrallum, to help repair the broken mirror.
Walkthrough for
Blighted Gloom
1. Talk to Luto Mewrilah for a cut-scene that starts the quest.
2. Travel to the indicated zone and search for the ??? field point. Clicking on it will start cut-scene and your npc fellow will join you for battle with the slime NM.
3. Return to Luto Mewrilah for cut-scene.
4. Go to the ??? field point in Jugner Forest located on the backside of the lake, which can be reached by traveling through King Ranperre's Tomb. Click on it for cut-scene to complete the quest.
