Summary: Talib of the Tenshodo is buying zinc. Bring him four chunks of the ore to receive gil.

Walkthrough for Shady Business

Requirements: to have completed Beauty And The Galka.

Talk to Talib; he wants four more Zinc Ore.
Obtain four Zinc Ore and trade them to Talib to complete the quest and receive the gil reward.

Note: The gil provided for completing this quest is not the main reward, and will not cover the cost of the Zinc Ore, if it is purchased. This is one of the primary quests used to raise Tenshodo fame, which is required for many quests in Norg. This quest can be repeated by continuing to trade sets of four ore to Talib; zoning is not required. It does not raise Bastok fame when it is completed, only Tenshodo fame.

So my 4th and final post here...<br /> <br /> After all my efforts it's the Beauty and the Galka = 1 Zinc Ore.<br /> <br /> Then you can repeat this quest 25 times, make sure you keep count, and then the Tonko:Ichi Scroll quest for me to get enough fame to do Utsusemi:Ichi quest. I don't know if that means 26 completions of the Zinc Ore quest or more, but maybe someone else can chime in at a later time. Good luck to you all.

Okay, after more testing after 25 turnins (100 zinc ore) I was left at 3 fame... even though according to the Rice Ball price of 158 I was within the level 4 fame range. I don't know how to explain this just warning people it's more than that.

Sorry, made a mistake. 101 total Zinc Ore. The Beauty and the Galka requires 1 Zinc Ore, and then 25 completions of this for Level 4 Tenshodo Fame in Norg. Good luck & happy hunting.

Supposedly you do the previous quest that requires one Zinc Ore, and then 24 more turnins of this quest to attain Level 4 Tenshodo Fame in Norg.
