2nd lair as they said, I took him as a lvl 17 warrior

I found him in (I-9), but on the northern most part of (I-9). maybe it is the second teir, maybe its the third, I'm not famlliar with this area. But just kill sheep and wait for him, I solod it with 31 war so its easy.
