To spawn the 5 Notorious Monsters, you'll need access to Sacrarium, Max Fomor Hate (you can check this from Resauchamet on the top floor of Tavnazian Safehold, it will say "The grip of evil is tightening on the very essence of what makes you who you are. Be forewarned, as it will not be long before you are confronted with a battle for more than just your life.%u201D). You'll also need at least one Fomor Codex per person. The drop rate for Swift Belt is around 30% and the price for each one ranges from 100,000 to 500,000 gil , depending on server. They are also dropped from Taurus, Stegotaur, and Teratotaur. <br /> <br /> NOTE: Your Fomor hate WILL be reduced to the minimum after trading the Codex to the Stale Draft, despite killing all of them or dieing. Also the Stale Draft will respawn every 15 min after the Notorious Monsters die, or despawn.

This Item is NOT 100% drop rate, but rather around 25% without TH2
