Great piece of gear for thieves to use on weapon skills and SA/TA. Formerly almost unavailable to the average thief, recently it has gone down tremendously in price (30M -> 1.5M) so it is attainable by most. I suggest this piece for most thieves. The only pieces that may be better are a Hecatomb Harness or the Salvage gear. I personally are currently using my DH for SA and TA without a weaponskill, and my Hecatomb for weaponskill. Although this harness is skill a great piece for weaponskill also with it's attack and the fact that it will beef up the SA and/or TA behind it.
