I was messing with this toy at leaping lizzy area<br /> and i found that it only works with 100% TP or more and have red hp (works mostly at 12%hp or less) and can only be activated if something hits you and every minute

TP less then 100% and red hp and must be hitting mob and dont work 100% need few hits

not 100% sure, but i think latent kicks in with 100 or more tp and hp in the red.
