The only time I've ever gotten this message prior to the patch is when I didn't log out properly, or I got disconnected and tried to log back in too soon (onto the same character I DCed on). This thing with logging out properly and getting the message on a completely different character is new to the patch. He might not have experienced it with two separate character as I did, but the conditions that trigger the message have definitely changed for whatever reason.[/quote]
