It's not true for other HNM's, ie Serket/Roc/Simurgh/Bune. Timed lotto works like this: Charybdis is a 9-12 hour lotto. This means if you kill placeholders 0-9 hours after he dies, he won't pop. If you kill placeholders 9-12 hours after his last death, he can pop from the next placeholder at any time. If nobody kills placeholders, he will spawn from the first one killed 12+ hours after his last death.[/quote]
