It physically can't be done within the normal chocobo time. It's a terribly weak quest though, so don't feel you're slacking by turning the stables vendor down (just take the free choco!) There's chocobo delivery quests going from/to each city, including Jeuno. Also one from Kazham to Norg (SSG entrance). It's incredibly difficult to complete them fast enough to earn a decent reward.[/quote]
