I've never heard of 21-24 hours lottery pops... but if there's any, it theorically should be "21+ hours lottery" (with no maximum...) just like Leaping Lizzy and Valkurm Emperor which were(back in the days I camped those) 1-2 hours lottery pops, but could occasionnally take way more... I saw Valkurm Emperor take 5 hours once... (there was 8+ campers, 3-4 with Wide Scan so I don't think we could have simply missed the pop...)[/quote]
