Were the hat and put the tree in your mog hose so you can see it there. Now go and find the smile bringer and you will get a pressent. Trade this to any NPC child and repeat this every game day. Keep coming back to your mog and keep checking to see if you got your presenet. You need to me in your own nation to get the pressent. If this works you will get told by your moogle that here is a present for you under this tree. Take this present out side use it, and the firework will go off, now check your items again to see you have the dream hat +1. Please note to be able to trade the presents to the Child NPC you need to be wereing the dream robe and the dream hat.[/quote]
