Quote from: Sweetkitty The Moogles do not give quests. (I don't know if they will give the quests at a later time.) All obtainable items till now: -Trick Staff -Trick Staff 2 -Treat Staff -Treat Staff 2 -Pumpkin Head -Pumpkin Head 2 -Horror Head -Horror Head 2 Quick guide on how to get them: Buy "Sweets" from the Auction House. You can find them under "Food" -> "Meals" -> "Sweets". Find a NPC in Costume in a nation. Trade the Sweets to it, one by one, and keep trading the same Sweets till you get an item eventually. Yay, youre first item! What item you earn is said to be random, but you can not obtain the same item twice, unless you drop it. The "Sweets" that you used now, you won't be able to use it again till the next Vana'Diel day. So go to the Auction House and buy another type of "Sweets". Choose another NPC in costume, and again keep trading the same Sweets to it untill it gives you another item. If you keep doing this you will be able to get all 8 items. I myself did this process on 8 different NPC's and I got all items. I used Ginger Cookies, Acorn Cookies, Bubble Chocolate and Rolanberry Pie's. Things that yet have to be found out and proven: -Does the type of NPC you trade to affect the item you can earn? -Does the type of "Sweets" being traded affect the speed in which the NPC might give you an item? -Are having all 8 items required to get a Pitchfork? I have not tried out myself yet, because I dropped my normal Trick Staff and Treat Staff because I needed Inventory space, and have been too lazy to get them again. :P Note: Some NPC's and shops also sell the "Sweets" you can use. For example, the cooking guild in Windurst. This might help you save gil. For the Cooking craft levelers.. now is a very good time to level it, since the prices seem to go up fast. I hope this helped you... and now i'm going to go back to Remora and find out if there is more to get. Good luck to those who are have not started on trying to get the items yet.
