Rice Ball prices are not a good indicator of Tenshudo fame. While raising your Tenshudo fame will lower the prices of Tenshudo non-guild stores, it is not the only factor in the pricing. Raising all other fame (not sure if it's specifically jeuno or not) will raise the price of Rice Balls at the store used. This is why several people have sufficient fame for those two quests at 160 riceball price, while others don't have it with 155. Likewise, raising Tenshudo fame will raise the prices of goods from non-guild merchants in all areas except Jeuno and Tenshudo stores. Jeuno merchant prices are note affected by any fame at all.[/quote]
