how do i obtain these pants, i would really love to know, i have pratically visited every site on the web regarding info on these pants and i still cant find it. any DRG thats got some info, or just anyone that knows, let me know, thanks.

That's a very good question! After doing some digging, it looks like the NM
Aiatar
drops that legwear. The NM has been updated accordingly.
There was some confusion about which of those level 50 leg pieces Aiatar drops, and which are on
Vodyanoi
. They both drop two different pieces, though, and reflect that now.
