It seems to pop, and aggro anyone in the immediate area, kill them and depop but will resurface again. (ie. Taru BLM in my Alliance got jumped and was TP-ed by King V. His HP went from 800 to 0 instantly and King V was gone) King V also has the ability to drawn in people make him hard / impossible to kite. poaaible even has a whole alliance draw in but i have not confirmed.
