Has anyone made a firefox search plugin for this site? There were some for allakhazam.com made a while ago (item, mob, quest searches), but I much prefer using somepage...

If there isn't one - are there thoughts to making one? They don't look too hard; I attempted to make one myself using some random instructions I found at http://hacks.oreilly.com/pub/h/3033 and http://mycroft.mozdev.org/deepdocs/quickstart.html#firstplugin (and even http://junkie.generisite.net/firefox/plugingen.php), but the instructions for how to do it for sites with php-based searching weren't as good and I got a little lost...

Very cool stuff here. You can use plugins for searches here, but they're kind of overkill for something that simple. The easiest way to do it is with a search addition, with nifty icons for Mozilla/Firefox. You can also use a simple alias as well, for people who like that; see here for more info on that.

Hey all, I decided to teach myself some Firefox hacking by making a Firefox toolbar. Here's the result: www.soe.ucsc.edu/~krish/ffxi/ It's still at version 0.9, I need to add a search history for example, but it's very usefull, I use it all the time myself. Enjoy and spread the word. -krish
