There are recipes that are still given out by the higher skill craftsman at 100, which makes their skill cap over 100. This can also be seen at what level the recipe can be attempted, as well, since you can't attempt to synth a recipe more than 15 points below it's cap. People with a lot of time and gil on their hands have narrowed down the skill caps for many recipes that way.[/quote]
