Game Details for Silence of the Rams
Client: Paujean (Tenshodo Warehouse, Port Bastok)

Summary: You are being tested by the Tenshodo. Defeat the two monstrous rams in the wild and bring back their horns -- a rampaging horn and a lumbering horn -- to Paujean.
Walkthrough for Silence of the Rams
Requirements: To be a Tenshodo member and have level 2 or higher Tenshodo fame.
  1. Talk to Paujean.
  2. Kill Lumbering Lambert in La Theine Plateau and Rampaging Ram in Konschtat Highlands for their horns (the horns always drop when they are killed.) These two NMs are both lottery spawns off of the regular rams in those zones.
  3. Return to Bastok Port and trade both both horns to Paujean to complete the quest and receive your belt reward.
Recommended Level for Silence of the Rams
These NM rams have a number of annoying specs which makes them hard to take down, including Great Bleat, which reduces maximum HP and MP. As such, they are dangerous to solo unless you are much higher level than them. Level 35+ is required for most jobs to solo, although 40+ is recommended.

Note that there are two much higher level NMs that can spawn instead, from this lottery: Bloodtear Baldurf and Steelfleece Baldarich. While they drop the horns as well, they are much more difficult to kill, requiring groups of level 60+ characters to defeat them.
