Summary: Baldric wants you to bring him a pinch of Valkurm sunsand for once of his experiments. It is said to only appear during dust storms. |
- Talk to Baldric.
- Obtain a pinch of Sunsand, which can be purchased at the Auction House. The Sunsand is originally found in Valkurm Dunes. To obtain it from there, go to the overturned ship there at H-9 in the Siren Sands. Periodically after a sandstorm, a ??? will appear at the ship, which you can select to obtain the Sunsand.
- Deliver the Sunsand to Baldric to complete the quest and receive your reward of 300 gil.
This quest can be repeated, by obtaining more pinches of Sunsand and delivering them to Baldric. |
| Soloable at level 1 if the Sunsand is purchased; a character at level 12-15 often levels in the Valkurm Dunes, and can obtain the Sunsand then. |
