- Talk to Tehf Kimasnayha for a cut-scene that starts the quest.
- Talk to Ekhu Pesshyadha for a cut-scene.
- Talk to Zabahf for a cut-scene.
- Talk to Ekhu Pesshyadha for a cut-scene, and to receive the key item Vial of Luminous Water.
- Talk to Tehf Kimasnayha for a cut-scene.
- Go to J-10 and walk under the walkway there, in the lower level of Gladiator's Alley, for a cut-scene.
- Talk to Tehf Kimasnayha for a cut-scene.
- Zone, and wait until after midnight Japanese time. Talk to Tehf Kimasnayha again for a cut-scene that finishes the quest, and provides the Bibiki Seashell reward.
