Client: Evi (Harbor Way, Port Bastok)
Summary: Bring Evi his old mission orders, buried near one of the windmills on the Konschtat Highlands. |
- Talk to Evi, then talk to Rafaela next to him, and talk to Evi again.
- Go to Konschtat Highlands and select the ??? near the windmills there, at G-8, to receive the Tattered Mission Orders key item.
- Return to Bastok and talk to Evi to deliver the orders, completing the quest and providing your reward of Scale Mail.

| This is technically possible to complete solo at level 1, if all the aggressive mobs along the way are avoided. More feasibly done at level 10-15, when there will be fewer creatures to dodge. |
