The client being Vuih Stecoppah is missleading as this NPC only appears through the initial cutscene started by talking to Lulupp there on the docks. As well, the order in which you trade the items must be done correctly. The correct order with locations are the following: <br /> 1. Lulupp (G-7) - Broken Mithran Fishing Rod<br /> 2. Kukupp (I-11) - Workbench<br /> 3. Mumupp (J-9) - Ten of Coins<br /> 4. Roropp (H-9) - Sands of Silence<br /> 5. Popopp (H-9) - Wandering Bulb<br /> 6. Bubupp (I-8) - Giant Fish Bones<br /> 7.
