You need to do Medicine Woman Quest and the second quest thats used to unlock PLD. Forgot the name but the one where you go into Ordelle's Caves. After than you can read pages 3 and 4.

I have read the diary many times and i can only read pages 1 and 2.I can't get 3 or 4. i have Hero fame in most towns. any ideas why i cant get the other pages?
