I have killed the NM 10x , have gotten hand-to-hand about 6x. I usually camp on RNG for widescan. It is a lotto spawn from Mandragora around the whole North part of the map. I kill around 20-80 mandys before it pops. I hope this helps you.

ok, what the heck? it says it spawns from Tiny Mandy's but there r only reg. Mandy's in that whole area...and H6-I7 hardly includes I6 where the circled area for pop is located...so, has anyone got this thing? and if so..where??? can u shed any light on this? and how often is the pop?

you can kill it as a war pld lv 8 but you need to use 2hr
