Spawns in the main section of Ro'Maeve every 21 hours, and immediately runs around the zone; it is not a lottery spawn. Spawn locations include: K-8, H-9, H-11.
This NM constantly runs around the entire outer area of the zone. It is not aggressive normally; it will only aggro to magic or by linking with another Evil Weapon mob. It is invisible and not-targettable when not in combat; it cannot be attacked outside of combat in any way, but must aggro itself. Because it is always invisible, Widescan is essentially required to find it.
Item Drops: Yinyang Robe drops roughly 50% of the time.
Killable by: 6 characters level 73+; duo of a Thief and Bard at level 75. Any nearby Evil Weapons will link, which can increase the difficulty of the fight.

Just got this this morning. 75 Nin/War and 75 THF/Nin helped me. used widescan for him followed him to an area that was link free and magic agroed him. Got the drop so now I can finish my SMN
