it spawn every 30mins to 1hr

couldn't kill him as sam lv7, so changed job, killed him, got drop. came back to lv as SAM and he was there again. about 5~10min. :)

I have never heard of anyone not getting the Gelong Staff when they've killed it. I would venture to say that the staff is a 100% drop or almost close to it.
