Trench Antilion spawn from the same location, to find this location just walk around the cracks at E-9 >> When the Trench Antilion no longer pop from that location, then Ambusher Antlion is up. Ambusher does not spawn in the same room that the Trench are popped, but outside. The only way you can get Ambusher to pop is to REST on the cracks. The area Ambusher is popped extends passed the Smoke Screen that occasionally dies off.(Important)>> Walking around without sneak will NOT pop Ambusher Antlion, you must rest.
