Novv was not included in the 03/08/2007 list of Sahagin NMs that had the "Lock of Siren's Hair" removed from their treasure. However, where they said Voll the Sharkfinned (who never dropped the item), they meant Novv the Whitehearted.

Can anyone confirm that this NM still drops Siren's Hair since the last update? It wasn't listed as one of the NM's that they took the Hair away from and I'm 0/5 on it since update.

Thanks for the info; the respawn data has been updated to reflect that.

This NM is no longer lottery spawn. It can spawn anytime from 2-6 hours from last time of death since the NM update a few months back.
