After the update regarding despot, his panzerfaust ignores the normal "delay". Originally, there was about a 1s delay inbetween usages, with about 3-4 in a row similar to RDM chainspell. Now they're all used within a 1 second time slot.

After a Groundskeeper is killed, Despot pops claimed to the group that killed the Doll. Pop may take from 2-8h.
