Soloed him as a 75THF/NIN. He hits a bit hard and has high DEF (7-15 normal 20-30 critical with daggers) and my Sirocco Kukri was doing 10-12 additional effect damage on it. Took me around 30-35 minutes to solo him as he resisted my sleep bolts and so I couldn't do SA > Weaponskill on him. Also, he may be a lottery off the one beetle at the end of the hall, but for me, he popped instead of the beetle that spawns in one of the 6 rooms in the area.
