Can be obtained with 48,000 Imperial Standing Credits and Mercenary Rank: Second Lieutenant from the Imperial Overseers.<br /> <br /> The Latent is triggerd by TP under 100% and on WS.<br /> Hidden Effect is ACC 5 and ATT 10 while the Latent is active.
