Just for people who were wondering. With the latent activated, Base damage 33 delay 178 the DPS is 11.126. Making it the best dagger in the game besides Relic dagger (Mandau and Batardeau).

Negative, it means the latent is active when u have less then 100 tp and when you use a weaponskill because when you use a weaponskill you have zero tp before the weaponskill actually activates

Latent Trigger: Having less than 100% TP (includes weaponskill).<br /> Hidden Effect: While the latent is active, there is the hidden effect of Accuracy 5 and Attack 16.
