10hp/tick is not quite accurate. You'll get that (at the cost of 6MP/tick) only until you run out of MP.<br /> <br /> The trick with auto-refresh (for a BST from Sanction or Gaudy Harness) is that the axes will still work with less than 6MP if that's all you have. However, the latent will only activate every other tick.<br /> <br /> So the regen (and ATT bonus) are not constant. However, it's effectively 5HP/tick whenever you're engaged, which is generally enough to keep a solo BST/NIN going with little or no downtime.

bst/nin with 2 rune gaudy and or sanction with mp refresh bonus = 10 hp regen per tic while you are engaged with the mob O.o <br /> 10 attack as well
