Shattering Stars and Beyond the Sun

Hi, I have a couple of questions about the quests Shattering Stars and Beyond the Sun.

In Shattering stars, do you have to fight Maat with each job you want to take beyond 70? Or do you have to do it just once?

Second, with Beyond the Sun, it says you have to defeat Maat with all jobs, does that include the three new ones now?

The answer to that second question is "no". SE has already stated in their update note that the 3 new jobs will not fight Maat to pass the 70 cap, but will have their own different quests for that.
