What happens on the quest to join the Expeditionary force. Also what happens you just find a beastman flag and thats it?

Expeditionary Force is when you team up with your nation and try to take over an area that is not under your nation's control. It requires two parties to be effective. When you find the beastmens banner it spawns I think 6 monsters that you need to kill. It increaces your regional influence.
