You're thinking of Wings of Fury. The OP wanted to know about Charming Trio.

Me and some friends did this 3/3 (one orb each). We had a WAR/MNK, DRG/WAR and WHM/SMN (me).

For items, I had 2 Ethers per fight, and some Yagudo Drinks.
The Tank and DD had potions.

I didn't once run out of MP (despite been an Elvaan) using this method.

Now I believe the trick to this BCNM is the order in which u fight the leeches, I don't remember it properl (sorry >.<) But I remember Phoedme been last, and I *think* you start with the Tank on the Leech on the left, and the DD on the one on the right, then both fight Phoedme.

The DD needs to have a /WAR as well so it may voke off of the WHM. One note, PLD tank is fairly useless here because the leeches spam Aspir.

Good Luck ^^

btw, my Mannequin hands took 3 weeks to sell -_-

I'm about 20/20 on this BCNM and I've done it as Tank, DD, and Healer, mostly as Healer.

Low tech is really the way to go here. Ninja and Paladin tanks will get pwned because between aspir and tanking 3 mobs at once, you'll be lucky to get a spell off.

War/Mnk really seems to be the best choice for a main tank. Using an Au Lait of some sort will make a world of difference and have a few potions for backup if you need it. If unused, you can usually sell them back on AH at no loss.

The key is to keep focus on one mob at a time as much as possible. If your melee's start fighting separately, it really screws with hate and there's a really good chance of a wipe. If all goes well, and your healer is good, you will never need the backup Provoke.

The DD can be any of a number of things. Drg/War is probably the best DD at this level and can so alright as the backup to the main tank. The Cruel Spear is great because of the Evasion Down effect it has on the mobs. War/Mnk works well, and there's a trio in my LS that does this fairly regularly with a Thf/War as the DD. They have it down to where they can finish it in under 5 minutes and use no potions.

Both the Tank and DD should use some cheap tank food. The Mobs like to steal it, so unless you're rich, don't bother with sushi or anything. Meat Jerky, Grilled Hare, a Mithkabob, etc. will do just fine.

The Healer should be a Whm/Blm or Whm/Smn, with Rdm/Whm being at least viable as a 3rd option. Healer should be alright for MP if the party knows what they're doing, but popping a Melon Juice or Yagudo Drink right as fight starts is surefire way to have plenty of MP. Don't wait until you're down to 25 MP to pop a refresh drink...

Rolanberry Pie is great for the +50 MP, and make sure you cast Blink before fight starts and rest full after all of the other buffs. You won't have much time to debuff mobs except maybe one or two casts at start, and on the last mob. Tanks will be taking too much damage for you to be in middle of casting Paralyze or something.

From what we've tried, the best order to take out the leeches is Pepper > Phoedme > Prune.

On my server, the market for the Mannequin Hands is pretty much stagnant at the moment. I think too many went up in too short a period of time and it'll take a while to balance out again. This is always a danger of doing something with a guaranteed drop that is fairly easy once you get the method down. It's tempting to want to do it over and over again to make more gil, but if you flood the market, or other people notice what you're taking in for the Hand, soon you'll have to face either dropping prices due to supply/demand issues or competition, or just the inability to move the item because everyone that wants them has them for the time being.
