There are a total of 17 monuments from what I gather. I am about to do this quest to obtain the Crawler's Nest map. Here's what I've found but I can't personally verify it's accuracy.
01. (J-11) Batallia Downs
02. (J-05) Buburima Peninsula
03. (F-07) Gustaberg North (via Dangruf Wadi)
