NPC AF Reset

I had started the AF quest for NIN for hands. I don't really want to level NIN anymore nor finish this AF quest. However on WAR, I need to use the same NPC to start my AF quest for WAR. Does anyone know where the NPC is in Jeuno to reset an AF quest. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Please help me out ^^
