question about ravin raven

i was just wondering you guys have this NM Ravin Raven listed as a bird type mob, and I wanted to know if you guys just assumed it was a bird or if someone had confirmed that it is a bird type to you. thanks. trying to find more info. on this nm since no one seems to know anything about it.
